Emotional Eating

Service Description

Gentle, compassionate support for stress‑driven eating, overwhelm, cravings, guilt cycles and feeling “out of control” with food.

Emotional eating is not a lack of willpower — it is a nervous‑system response. When stress, overwhelm, fatigue or big emotions build up, the body seeks comfort, safety and relief. Julie offers a warm, non‑judgemental and evidence‑based approach to emotional eating, helping you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system and build a calmer, more supportive relationship with food.

With over 20 years of experience in dietetics, behaviour change, holistic health and mind‑body practices, Julie supports you with clarity, compassion and whole‑person care.
