Veteran’s Health
Description
Compassionate, trauma‑aware support for all veterans, including DVA White and Gold Card holders, honouring the service, sacrifice and strength of our veterans.
Veterans carry experiences that most people will never fully understand. Their physical health, mental health, nervous system, relationships and daily life can be shaped by years of service, trauma exposure, chronic stress, injury, and the weight of responsibility.
Julie offers a warm, respectful and evidence‑based approach to Veterans Health, supporting health through nutrition, chronic disease management, gut health, trauma‑aware lifestyle coaching, and nervous‑system regulation.
This work is deeply personal for Julie. Her grandfathers served in war, one uncle served in Vietnam, and another held a senior role in the Air Force. Veterans are part of her family, her history, and her heart and she is committed to giving back to those who have given so much.
