This longer session allows time for deeper reflection, nervous‑system settling, and a clear understanding of what you need right now. Together, we create a personalised, gentle plan that feels achievable and aligned with your real life.

Follow‑Up Coaching Sessions (45 minutes)

A grounded, reflective session designed to help you integrate changes, explore what’s working, gently adjust your plan, and support your nervous system as you build new habits. These sessions offer enough time to go deeper without feeling rushed, while still keeping the process calm and sustainable.
