Using gentle muscle‑monitoring techniques, kinesiology identifies where stress is held in the body and supports you to shift patterns that may be affecting your emotional, physical or energetic wellbeing.

With over 20 years’ experience, Julie is an experienced Kinesiology Practitioner with advanced training in Neuroenergetic Kinesiology. Her approach is warm, trauma‑aware and deeply supportive, creating a safe space for your body to unwind, reset and heal.

What Happens in a Kinesiology Session

Initial Kinesiology Session (90 minutes)

A spacious, deeply supportive session designed to explore your emotional, physical and energetic patterns. This extended time allows your body to settle, unwind and communicate clearly through muscle monitoring.

Your session may include:

  • Muscle monitoring

  • Emotional stress release techniques

  • Meridian and energetic balancing

  • Light touch or non‑touch techniques

  • Mind‑body awareness

  • Nervous‑system calming tools

  • Gentle intention or goal‑setting work

Follow‑Up Kinesiology Sessions (60 minutes)

A full hour dedicated to continuing your mind‑body work, integrating previous shifts, and supporting your nervous system as deeper layers of stress or imbalance surface and release.

After your session, you may feel:

Follow-up consultations (1hr): $140 (+10% GST)
